Good looking trucks, all! Just another thing that bugs the crap out of me that they didn't make the gauge cluster in my Platinum any different than an XLT. FX trucks and HD trucks get custom gauges, yet we get stuck with plain ol' blue.

Does anyone know if the brake pads on the HD's are the standard high dust variety or low dust ceramic? Just planning ahead

I'm not sure, but from day to day experience my 2010 HD sheds very little brake dust.

I would like to agree, but I don't think driving about 250 miles between washes would get the desired results for a scientific study. However, I don't see much break dust when I do clean it.

Probably not until after my move. But I hope to do several big mods like forced induction and full high flow exhaust.

Sorry i don't have better pics. . .My 4x4 2012 is lowered 3 inches (Belltech kit) in the rear, 2 inches up front with Belltechs Street performance shocks all the way around.. I added a front Hellwig sway bar and a rear as well. We had to fabricate custom endlinks for the rear because of the drop. Probably won't do much else. Tows perfectly, even with the minimal drop.

A Harley F150 and a CTS-V! My dream combination. I'd love to have a CTS-V sedan for a weekend car. Nice.

It's pretty sweet I must confess. I LOVE the CTS-V, but the F-150 is SO much better day to day. The Caddy has been more or less converted to racetrack use and extremely swift road trips.

Ford REALLY got it right on this one. It is hands down nicer than the Caddy albeit it is 2 years newer, but seriously, it's not even close. Now, performance-wise, well. . .

I should add that I combed the internet for intel on the 2012 model and there isn't much out there. If anyone wants info and comes across this post, feel free to PM me and I'll tell ya what I can.
