Default OEM Mud Flaps

So I just purchased a set of 4 OEM Mud flaps and was looking at the instructions that come from Ford (which are retarded by the way) but it looks to me like there is no drilling required just unscrewing screws and replacing with the bolts they supply and the inserts?? Can anyone tell me for sure cause I really do not want to be drilling into my truck. Ill pay the dealer to do it incase there is some corrosion later on I can blame them thanks

They are no drill. Just use the hardware they come with and you'll be fine. There is one metal clip that needs to be placed between the fender and the flap for the screws at the bottom.......
Use a flat bladed screwdriver to get an edge up on the stock fasteners, then grab that edge with a pliers. You are going to destroy them taking them out this way, but you are also not going to need them, as the flaps come with new ones......
The instructions say to take off the tires when you do this --- I did not and they installed just fine.......
If you want pics of them installed, PM me and let me know......

I have a set to install on my truck as well. I was waiting for a day when I had enough time to pull the tires and wheels off. Maybe oi can "git er done" this weekend. Please post some pictures. We love pictures....

I had to adjust the fender stays on mine to make the bottom of the flaps parallel to the road.

There's plenty of room without taking them off......on the fronts especially, just turn the wheels if you must.......

Can someone include pictures?

Does the type of running boards you have interfere -- e.g. I have a 2011 F150 with the "cheap" black plastic running boards.

The back tires I took off because it made it a lot easier & faster to install the flaps. I really did not see or have plenty of room in the back.

I have a Lariat so had to drill through the plastic fender flare but not through any metal. Very easy installation though, even with the lack of proper instructions that Ford provided.
