Default OEM factory NAVIGATION issue

Have a 2010 F150 with factory navigation... This thing is all turned around and messed up and cant get right. Its not keeping up with where my truck is. Ive been having the issue for 6 months now and never brought it in because I havent had time. I have calibrated it to the correct spot 3 times and it keeps up with me driving for a day or 2 and then falls behind. Its showing that Im in the gulf of mexico right now. Any suggestions?
