I would say, have a look on the thing all over. It will probably say "Made in Taiwan" or "Made in China". As for who makes it, i wouldn't have a clue. Why you ask? Or what matter?

Default I doubt Ford has an OEM bug shield

I doubt there is an OEM bug guard , Bug guards and extras like that are usually dealership add ons and could be any brand most of them look the same no matter the brand , most likely purchased at and installed by a truck customizing shop in town . I know that when you see the (new)trucks that have lifts and wheels for sale at dealerships they dont come from the factory that way , the dealer sends them out to a local shop and has that stuff done then turn around and charge 3 times the actual cost ... They have one on a lot here all fixed up and are asking 63,000 for an XLT ecco .... Stupid expensive !

I don't know but bug deflectors don't look good on 12th gen F150's.

I could have sworn I saw Ford advertising OEM bug deflectors.

This one even had a F150 logo on it.
