My truck makes a 'vroom vroom' noise from the back (somewhere near the passenger side rear wheel) when I accelerate. Sometimes, under hard acceleration, there's also a screeching sound that comes from the rear tires.

Anyone else have these noises?

Yea for some reason ford left the end of a pipe open back there, it lets gasses escape so you have to weld a cap on it to stop the vroom vroom noise. the screaching noise is the tires, its tellin you that you bought the wrong size and they dont fit right

mine makes that noise behind both the driver's side, and passenger's side rear wheels...

I had that same vroom sound and did not like it so I put a Corsa on back there and, now, it is worse.

Maybe it's a leaky vroom vroom valve?
