I tend to notice the oddest stuff about trucks at dealerships. Was checking out the new trucks at Crossroads Ford and noticed some trucks, that were different. The F150 Logo on the sides didnt say F150 Lariat, Platinum, etc. They just said F150. I noticed it on a Limited, XLT, and also a Lariat. Any idea why?

OR Ford has decided that 7 different fender badges are too expensive. Just put one on all the trucks.
Maybe.
Or it could be like a double stamped quarter frmo the mint. QC isn't always Ford's strong point on the details. Years ago my ranger had right on the sticker "Body Side Molding". And there was none. . . Considering it was a 3" strip running the length of the truck, it's hard to miss. Except they did.
It was probably a Monday or Friday when that truck was built.
