Question 2015 XLT Screw 3.5 EB FX4

Just want to show the stance of the truck if that helps you guys determine anything. I can provide snips of all the footage I took from under while driving. My honks in the clips mark when I started hearing the sound clearly inside the truck.
I need help. I’m having a small knocking sound coming from what sounds liket the passenger side front underbody- center console are underbody. It occurs when slowing down from approximately 35-40 MPH - 15-20MPH. The knocking sound isn’t very steady and doesn’t happen all the time but it’s frequent and I hear it daily. Lately it’s been slightly louder than normal but I have to turn all interior features off to hear it clearly. I can hear it when slowing down in 2WD and in 4WD so no change there. Rules out IWE or HUBs Right ? I change the Wheel HUB on the passenger side and no change. I’m tracking that the Front Drive sustem does not move less engaged. I have attached a GoPro several time under there trying to find the sound or capture it and I can confirm there is no Parasitic drag or anything my from drive line remains motionless while driving, even turning it is motionless. I even chalk test my Hub and CV boots and no motion. I thought I may have captured the sound on one clip but I can’t say for sure. Only curious thing I recorded was the main drive shaft at the slip-yoke , the connecting plate to the main DS U joint is warped and wobbles. I assume the axle was weighted to counter this but I’m not sure. I couldn’t perfectly capture the sound due to wind noise and I coundnt identify any abnormal behavior :/

My truck has less than 41,000miles, it has a 2inch level and that’s it. Soon I will have a 2.5in Icon Full Suspension but I want to identify and Correct this issue prior too more work.

Im trying to figure the problem out and fix it before it becomes more costly than it may already be and secondly the sound is personally something I don’t like. I feel like something is wrong and it makes me uncomfortable.

Any Ideas FORD Gurus ?
