None really. Besides my 5'r hitch. I did add a tonneau.

100% (OK 99% stock). I bought it to haul and be my daily driver. It's not a show truck, it gets dirty, stays dirty (I don't wash my trucks, I drive em through puddles to clean em). Still LOVE the beast!

I leveled mine stock. Had a terrible front end drop and I was hitting too much debris with the front going to my camp. I always have tint on my vehicles. Usually that and floor mats are the first thing I do. After that it's intake, programmer, and exhaust.

Well, I lowered mine with 2" rear shackles, installed the 2014 lower bumper grill insert by FORD, and tinted the front drivers and passengers windows. Since then I removed the shackles and went back to stock height because I plan on towing something soon. Then again I'm in a 2013 Platinum so I ain't got much of a need to add anything......

Backing up someone else's words, at least bedrug and bedcover are musts and not mods, so I'm absolutely stock here.

This is my DD and my work partner, as it's the main thing that I rely on to have it done. So I cherish her well as my income comes from not messing around with it.

There is 1 "mod" that I do in deed. During the week the bed is loaded with tools or crap, but for the weekends I unload all of this, wash her and load the cab with my wonderful family for an evasive trip from the week's stress. It's priceless!

Only mods for me are cosmetic mainly. Tonneau cover, heated seats and mud flaps. Otherwise I'm leaving her the way god made her. I don't need more performance out of an ecoboost or anything else that may shorten it's life and cause more issues down the road.

I am a person who has to mod everything. For some reason I love this truck just like Ford made it. I am staying stock, except I did add a hidden winch.

I only use it to tow my camper in the summer, and date night the rest of the time. My wife is ashamed of my "daily driver", a slightly rear ended 07 Kia Rio with no options but AC and alloy wheels w/spoiler and tint. Hence, the truck is the date night vehicle of choice (cause no body wants to be seen in the minivan without kids).
There are a bunch of young guys around here make their trucks low in the rear and high in the front on purpose. They call it the "carolina squat". I don't get it.

Maybe their bumpers down is to match that style of the pants down their knees...
(I still don't believe I lived to see this... Oh granpa, how lucky you were!)

i have since replaced the factory bolts and plastic nuts (attaching the boards to the factory brackets) with actual bolt + washer + nut. Much stronger, the stock bolts are too short to properly grab the plastic nut through the 1/4" brackets.
