The only "mods" I'm doing to mine is a bedliner (which was installed Saturday) and a bed cover. Otherwise, I'm leaving mine completely stock.

I can't say my truck is stock, but as far as the suspension, interior, and engine it is completely stock. I currently have a Roll X tonneau cover, light rack with LED bar, pre runner bar with 4 LED, tinted fronts, rampage step bars, and a hood deflector. Mostly bolt ons and can be returned to stock easily.

At some point down the line, I will change the tires, most likely the same size. I'd hate to mess with the odometer. I love the rake look and the way it rides, I'm not the one to mess with things if they ain't broken.

I don't think of Lt tires, stiffer shocks, Cap as mods. Just things I need to tow. Ha-Ha

Except the brackets to move the running boards out a bit, but that's a safety issue

I would like to do the same thing. How did you do it? Thanks

My first mod was a stereo! Other that that I never really did much modding years ago... of course there was a reason I didn't then and do now. If you are on the young side then you won't relate but years and years ago when you ordered a car/truck you ordered it with what you wanted,,, Yeah I know you do the same today but if you notice it is just like cable tv..... I mean... you wanted heated mirrors..... you got them... not,, Oh that comes in this package! What package,, you mean 10 items I could care less about and the one I want?? Next comes the price.,,, heated mirrors cost about 200 bucks,,, but if you want them you have to shell out 1500.00!!! So for me,,, and this has nothing to say about you,,, but If money was no concern or I had plenty of it,, I would march in and get the all out model! but when you look at a XL starting at 25g's and compared to a Limited starting at 51g's there is nothing different with the body, frame or drivetrain really!! Ok so the limited only comes with an ecoboost... Point taken but again point proved!! why if you are paying for the top of the line can't you decide on getting a 6.2 or whatever engine you want??? so lets just say that you are against the Eco,, then no top model for you!! Next is what you want or need in a truck... I took out the center seat and put in a console but what if I wanted the top of the line and wanted the extra seating??? again,,, no top of the line for you... So my point is this,,,, can you tell me if the options you want or need are worth 25g's????? Not to me!!! I started with a XLT, could have got the console but didn't like the one they offer at 300 bucks so I spent 400 and got the one I wanted.. MOD 1. Then I added Nav/DVD, leather/vinyl seat covers with heated seat inserts... inverter,,,, I had the DVD ;but lets say I didn't so lets call the whole thing 1500.00 ambient lighting, bed, glove box, side and tailgate step lights 50.00, bed liner, cover, tie downs, ezdown, bug and window deflectors,,,, 600.00... billet grill, and bumper cover (Eco) wheel well liners and remote start... 500.00. So I put about three grand into it! But I know I don't have everything the Limited does,,, cool seats, but have hot ones... power sliding running boards,, but mine don't move,, AWD,, no biggie,,, No sunroof,,, but I have a Mustang Convertible. Point is I have exactly what I wanted and spent 3 grand instead of at least 15g's... Believe me,,, If I could go to the dealer as I once did and say,,, I want this and that and only this and that,,, I would never mod the truck! but I am not willing to pay 25 grand difference to get 3000 bucks of options I want! If you have the money then get what you want but many of us either can't afford what we would love to have or can't justify it! If you have skills,,, then I would say,,, save your money,, get a model that has some on the nice options but take it home it make it what you want for far, far less.

only "mod" I've considered is actually lowering the rear of my XLT 4x4 SCrew to level it out... but adding air bags for keeping level when I tow/carry weight.

I can't leave anything alone. It's a sickness I guess but I love it.

Other than a few cosmetic things, emblem overlays/inlays, mud flaps, and PTM grill, mine will stay as is.
