I just spoke with a salesman at my local dealership, he said the 6.2 is not available in the fx4?

Then find a better salesman

yeah he don't know much. there are at least two fx4's on this forum with the 6.2 that i know of.

Exactly, salesman know less, and lie more about what they sell than anyone! theres a Ruby Red 2013 FX4 Screw Loaded for now on the dealers lot by me(Reuther Ford) w/a 6.2L V8, w/ the power telescoping tow mirrors!...

 

Tell him to get his head out... and look at the 2013 brochure.
