don`t know why we never realized it but we went out and bought front matts for my f150 xlt super crew - wife was looking at the detailed info sheet that you see in the lot`s on new vehicles and it said we are owed [ paid for $ 95.00 ] matts we called up the dealer and he said he would like to see where the ones from my truck went - any one have this situation ???

 

Its happened to me but I noticed it b4 I took it off the lot so they just grabbed some off another truck. It also was missing the lighter I dont smoke but if im paying these prices it better come with everyrhing.good luck hope they take care of u

 

mine came with the carpet ones and the deep winter ones, the carpet ones were under the rear rubber ones and the back bench...kinda spread around in the rear..both sets listed on my window sticker..hope you get it fixed up..

 

First winter came in my SHO and all I had was carpet floor mats. I called the sales guy that had sold me the car. He said to come on down. He had a winter set of mats in his office for the SHO - no charge. No haggling for the mats or the car. Just good service from Bob. I'll see him again when I buy the next new Ford.
No, I was not charged for the winter set when I purchased the car.

 

My 12' XLT Screw came with the Carpeted mats F&R! I also got my dealer to Throw in the Ford Rubber F&R mats for free with a Ford bedmat as well! He was gonna charge me for them, but changed his mind when I got up and started Walking for the Door! Ha ha...

 

What lighter? Mine only has power points, no place to put a lighter. I don't smoke either.

I dont think mine came with a lighter to fit these sockets either now that its mentioned....

 

I don't think new vehicles come with lighters or ashtrays

I quit smokin' several years ago after about 45 years of puffin. Best move of my life.
OMG how much did all those cigs cost me? Much more than a new truck for sure.
Life is too short for such crap!
