Default New Morimoto Headlights?

Just saw these coming out wondering if anyone has been able to get their hands on them?

I have a OEM HID set that was retrofitted from raptor retrofit and was wondering if these are supposed to be brighter or not.

it's about time we get something for our body style - they look great. now i need to find $1150 in my change box. I wonder how they compare to a HID retrofit and interested in the cutoff.

I have the factory hids, but curious to see some output comparisons.

They look great. Hopefully they perform great. I have Morimoto fogs and drls and am happy with both.
I also have the factory hids but the lens is getting tired. Headlights to me, make a big difference appearance wise.

I bought a OEM HID set from raptor retrofit works great, had some paint issues but he took care of it no questions asked. So, I’m really happy with my set right now and it’s not even a year old. And then these headlights came out, so I don’t know if I would even buy them. But I’m tempted too. I hear that HIDs are brighter then LEDs, but I honestly don’t know I’m no expert. I really love the turn signals on those though.

I've always read HID > LED. Personally not a fan and prefer a retrofit or OEM projector swap.

you still riding around CC? I thought i saw your truck with the c-bar but couldn't tell from far away. my lenses are getting bad also. the only thing I know to do is sand them and apply 2k clear coat to protect from future UV damage.

I have factory HIDs... but I will be getting this for my truck. These are slick. I LOVE the techno wizardry look. Haha.

Still riding around in C.C. in the '13 FX4! Finally put a 6" lift and bigger tires on. Just need to get new shocks/ coilovers and I'm set for now.
My lenses have very tiny cracks that may not come out with sanding. The C bars were cool at the time but are not bright enough in today's standard. Imo

If mine were new I wouldn't change them. I'd be a waste of money IMO.
