The rebadged Holdens that we have gotten in the States have been great cars but for some reason just haven't sold well. The GTO was a little too plain for most and the current SS is a great sedan but I don't know if it just priced too high or what. This is its last year. But, I guess all Holdens are after 2017 I presume?

I'd love to lay my hands on a falcon xb, I loved the 2004-2006 GTO.

I would definitely get HID retrofits. I have the same truck and I love my retrofits:

I later added retrofitted fogs as well:

Awesome conversion mate.

You're really cleaning that baby up and making her like new again.
Great find and it will be (is) a rare, unique ride in your territory.

Thanks for sharing the progress pictures. Very cool how we can follow your updates 7K miles away.
Aussies love Harley's in general so having the F-150 version is going to make you the cats meow.
Danny
PS. Did you use Vegemite to clean that engine bay, cause that stuff sure in the heck aint fit for eating but I bet its beast on removing grease and oil. :-)
