You should be able to get a 33" tire on there no problem.

if you go bigger around/taller tire, you loose bottom end power. It can make it feel sluggish. If you want wider, go to a 285/60R18 and that will be the same height, but wider than the stock tires.

Do not got 285/60 it will be shorter go 285/65 trust me I was hoping 285/65 was going to be taller but really it's not much if at all taller mainly wider

Largely depends on the brand of tire...I have seen two brands of same size vary in actual height from one another by 1/2-3/4"

This is true but a 285/60 will more then likely always be shorter then a 275/65

I personally would not go with a 285 on a 7.5" rim as the suggested rim width range is 8-10". I would stick with 275/70/18, that should fill out your wheel well a little better. Check out tire rack.com, they have tons of information as well as consumer reviews that will help with your research.

You'd never run into a problem with the stock rim
