Default Need help please lol

Hey guys new here having a problem with my 2010 f150 plat. ive got some kind of rattle coming from the right front only when goin over about 25-30 mph and its not constant only when hitting pot holes or sometimes when im turning left but will not do it at idle or when sitting still only while moving. Ive been under it probably ten times checking heat shield and everything i can think of . Any thought before i take it to a shop and it be something simple and they charge me for nothing . Thanks for the help

First off, you got a very nice truck man!
I'd say the 4wd actuator is trying to lock to the axle while your driving. Or could be iwe solenoid. It's on the drivers side of the firewall on '09-'14 f150s

If 4wd makes it go away and you only hear it in 2wd, then almost certainly IWE is the problem.

When you put it in 4wd, the iwe solenoid shuts off vacuum to the actuators so that they lock to the axle. If their locked they wont rattle or grind. When shift back to 2wd, vacuum is brought back which will release the actuators. If the solenoid is going bad than the actuator (s) could try to lock while driving due to lack of vacuum. Could be a check valve too. There is 2 of them
