Need help deciding on a color!

Contrary to what others are saying, white will be the easiest to clean and take care of. The white color is sooo bright, it will not look as dirty cause the color will shine right through the dirt. Darker colors are harder to keep clean and scratches are easily shown. White will last longer years from now, red is the nicest color but will fade over time. White is easier on your A/C unit and will be cooler. Id say White even though I have Sterling Grey.....Haha!

Between the three colors you mentioned, definitely Blue Flame. All you see on the road is white, silver, grey, and black vehicles. It's dull and dreary. Need a little splash of color to spice things up a little. Plus, a Blue Flame truck would look awesome with some FL Gator decals Now if you're willing to consider a color outside of the three you mentioned, I'd say Red Candy. It looks awesome and manages to stand out but not be too flashy. I don't like Race Red because it has too much orange mixed in for my taste.
My Red Candy when I first bought it amongst the silver and white dreariness:

Thanks Love two-tone. Wish they would still make the two-tone for FX4s also. Saw a 09 Blue Flame FX4 with the grey two-tone last night on the way home, and it looked great.

I see the "Dirt doesn't show" debate a lot when it comes to color. I have no idea which one hides it the best but I do know I haven't washed my truck in about 2 months, we are in a drought since June and I live on gravel. This is what my Race Red looks like now.
