Question Need Help...

I own an 2011 Ford F-150 FX2 and I'm shopping around for new adjustable shocks instead to go with the regular leveling kit. I want to lift my truck between 2.5" to 3" in the front because I'm planning to buy big tires for example: I am trying to decide between the "NITTO TERRA GRAPPER 295/70R18 or the "TOYO OPEN COUNTRY AT/II 295/70R18" I understand that the Nitto are cheaper than the Toyo's any suggestions are welcome!!!
Now the question is which adjustable shocks anybody recommend me:
During my research so far for the 4 shocks front and rear at 4Wheel Parts:
1. "4- Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks For Most Lifted Trucks with Black Shock Boots $311.96 with free shipping."
2. "Pro Comp - 2 Front Pro Runner Adjustable Shocks and 2 Rear Pro Runner Monotube Shocks $359.96 with free shipping." all suggestions are welcome.
