My Battle with Ford Service Continues Monday!

Well just spoke with the Service Manager at Hub City Ford where my truck is now and has been for 3 going on 4 days and he says they checked the timing and it's in time. It's not looking good to getting this issue resolved, I thought for sure that was going to be it.
I will say this much, they haven't given up, they made a call to a Ford Engineer yesterday that hopefully can help out. The Dyno showed the Fuel to Air ratio was running rich, that to me would cause the issues with mileage but not sure if that would cause the dip in overall performance too. The Service Manager said that is one of the things he wanted the Ford Engineer to look at so we'll see, he said he give me a call by the end of today with an update.

I hope everything turns out alright!
Out of curiosity, how many miles do you have on your truck. I also have the 2011 EcoBoost Screw, although mine does not look as beastly as yours and is only an XLT.
Very interested in how this all plays out. Thankfully I have had nothing but love from my truck (with a few minor issues that were easy to diagnose/repair) and hope to look forward to many more years with it.

I'm at somewhere between 53k and 54k miles. The timing chain P0016 error code and ultimate replacement occurred at roughly 50k miles.

A/F ratio is really important. If its really rich it wont make power. With turbo/supercharged motors rule of thumb at wide open throttle is 11.5:1 to be safe. What did your truck show?

It was 10-1 once it hit 4000 rpm's and stayed at 10-1 all the way to redline.
Service Manager has left me a voicemail and I returned his call leaving him a voicemail. Not sure whether to be excited or nervous for his return call, this has been a 5 month exhaustive ordeal with my truck.

I will never go to Gary smith ever again!!
I bought my 2011 screw ecoboost at Gary smith in FWB first couple oil changes were routine. My windshield was leaking water onto the radio so I called and told them they said bring it in. I take off of work to bring it in and I show up and the advisor looks at me and says "we don't do glass work here you should've scheduled the glass guys to meet you here. I will call them but it will be tomorrow." Unbelievable!!! Then when my heated seat malfunctioned at 35k miles it was a huge deal for them to replace. I argued for days and they finally obliged. I went to pick up my truck and the seat cover was wrinkled and not even clipped all the way around. I showed the advisor and he motioned for the mechanic who was changing oil to come over. Without wiping hands at all!! He jumped in flattened wrinkles out and said all good. Disappointed I clipped the seat in myself
Hope you solve your problems with tuning or timing

I'll drive out of my way to have my truck serviced by anybody but Gary Smith Ford. It's also the last vehicle I'll ever buy from them.

Ford REFUSES to send an Engineer who specializes on the Ecoboost engine to look at my truck. WTF do I do now. I take the truck to Gary Smith Ford, they work on it and screw it up where it has a loss of performance which includes reduction in power and huge loss in gas mileage and they refuse to fix it. WTF do I do now.
