Just want to share my experience. First off their custom tunes are great. I told them exactly what I wanted my truck to do and that is what it does. Fast forward TWO YEARS later. I noticed my speedometer is 5 mph too fast. Wayyy beyond any warranty or having to pay for changes. I contact then on Facebook about it. By my name and truck they immediately pull up my tunes and confirm all my info is correct. I tell them yes but compared to my GPS I am mph too fast. They said to go out and test different speeds compared to GPS. I did that and they worked out the % it was off and started adjusting the tune to make the speedometer accurate. They worked on it for a week and sent me 3 different tunes until they got me right on. Then they adjusted the other tunes I bought to correct the mph and sent me those also. They charged me nothing! Now that is what I call customer service. Anyone looking for custom tunes I highly recommend MPT Performance

 

Concur with the above. I've had MPT tunes for my truck for about 6 years. No complaints at all with product or service.
