MPGs - winter gas or something wrong?

Yep 15.8 mpg this tank. This cold snap sucks. Usually round 19 when warm. It has more to do with air density then fuel blend. Fuel blend does not account for a 15% drop in economy. Given the same temps, winter blend looses only 3% or so.
