Default motorcraft fl500s oil filter

My 2011 F150 5.0 calls for a fl500s oil filter. My local Autozone, NAPA and Advance look at me like I have two heads when I asked for one. Where do you find these filters?

I have bought allot of stuff off amazon, and they really have good prices and ship fast.

That is interesting as this a not uncommon Motorcraft filter for various Fords.

Good luck at Walmart like the others said, and the Amazons too.

heh, no doubt, would be surprised if half them know what an oil filter is, much less which kinds they carry!

I did not check WalMart because I figured that was my longest shot but I will. I checked the shelf and the Advance counterman who checked his computer and said he couldn't even get one. I also went to Fleet Pride a local Baldwin filter supplier. Good filters. I run Baldwins in my zz383 Stroker in my '66 Vette. He didn't have a Baldwin either and the only two Baldwin filters were in a store in Watertown, NY.

Ask for a filter for a 2011 Mustang 5.0. It uses the same filter.
