Correct - I've been meaning to do this myself.

This link takes you right to the range in the spreadsheet - maybe I'll try it later. It seems like you you have to do both changes to 720-01-01 and 720-01-02?

I wouldn't mind having a darker screen. The compass screen in my truck is the closest thing I can get to having a dark cluster.

Yes, make sure to follow the common instructions as a couple changes are needed to get it to work properly. It is actually super nice to have the direction always shown in the top right of the little screen. I don't use the compass page, but I do like the little N/S/E/W in the top.

it's not a question of me wanting stuff on the screen or not, it's a silly design but thanks for your $0.01.
The stupidest things people complain about, and then start complaining about other people for explaining it. Your whole world is filled with 'intentionally left blank' spots. I feel for you, must be exhausting to be offended by all of them.

Thank you - it does seem like a nice option to have. I didn't even notice the little N/S/E/W at the top right - I usually keep it in the truck apps mode so it'll be great to have the indicator at the top right.

Does this still leave the blank screen after the compass? Wouldn't be a deal breaker if it didn't as I never use that screen, just wondering.

go look up the definition of "opinion" since you can't tell the difference between one and a complaint. you go right on thinking you are correct. it will make your life better.

LOL. So, now complaints aren't opinions? Interesting lexicon you use.

Where I get annoyed is when you people cross over to complaining about other posters for answering YOUR F-ING QUESTIONS. Get a grip, learn how to behave.

while you are at it look up reading comprehension. let's take a look again at what happened.

i asked about a missing gauge. someone said it was designed that way. i said that was a silly design. thread could have been finished there but then another felt the need to post something derogatory towards me. i commented on a statement, not a person. you decided to chime on with your $0.01 that contributed nothing to the thread and then continued on with more drivel after that in a subsequent post and coming at me a second time, again unprompted. are you so insecure that you have to go after others on the internet hiding behind your keyboard to increase your opinion of yourself? that's the only logical reason why you continued.

since you can't comprehend what happened i never complained about anyone's post on here other than yours, and only after you stuck your nose in trying to boost your self esteem.

conversing with you is pointless. i'm mad that i allowed myself to drop down to your level. fear not, it won't happen again. enjoy your world, you created it.
