Default Misfire

I got a 2009 with the 4.6l 3v after driving it and letting it get normal temp when I slow down to a stop it starts missing out real bad and start making this God awful rattling noise , it will stay running , but I can put it in park and rev rhe motor up to about 3000 rpms it will level back out and run halfway normal . I put new chains and phasers on it , o2 sensors , maf, coil packs , plugs , cam sensors , crank sensor , the injectors are about 2 years old with around 30000 miles . I never been able to get this truck running right , idk what to do next . Someone said get a new ecm and PCM for it

Did you drop the oil pan and clean out the pieces of broken guides and metal from the sump screen? If you didnt you have too low of oil pressure to keep the phasers happy at idle. You can still drop the pan and pull the oil pickup tube and clean it and the oil pan thoroughly and it may recover.
