Default Minor damage to front bumper. How to fix?

I know this is very minor damage and to some its not even worth worrying about. But for me this kinda sucks. This is my first new vehicle and I have only had it for a few months. It happened when I bottomed out the front end when doing some light trail riding. Couldn't see the hole and I dropped down in it and kept going. I was havin fun but knew I had done some damage. I actually expected worse. I have since tried to pull down and out on it with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix it myself. This is not worth paying anyone to fix for me. I'm going to have Ford look at it when I go in for my service next week.

Try using a baseball bat and put it between your tire and bumper and pry, there should be enough leverage to bend it back. The bat being wood will also prevent scratching the paint.

If there is a bracket back there it might be bent. Take that cover off and bend it back. Wont be exactly perfect but would def be better than what it its. Good luck.

if you can hook itup to a solid object like a really big tree and just back up ever so gently do a lil redneck pulling without doing any paint damage that might fix it. Or just have your truck in park and have somebody else pull against it. Wont take much could probably even get a motorcycle to aply enough leverage! good luck I know how you feel I just bought my first NEW vehicle and am deathly afraid that somethin is going to happen to it.

If u take it to a body shop they might be able to bend with a press and get it back to close to stock. However, you'll never get the slight wrinkle out if the bumper. Might be hard to see which may be a good thing for ya.

Thanks guys I will ponder over your suggestions and see what I will do. I told my wife if she would have just let me put the level and rear blocks on we could have avoided this whole situation. Typical man trying to deflect the blame. LOL

Little off topic but are those Dunlops I spy? If it brightens your situation any you can feel lucky you have them, Dunlop discontinued them before I had the money to snag some...

Body shop! They need $ and probably won't charge you much!
