How many miles do you guys have on your 09- 10 5.4? Any problems? I have 23k with zero problems.

 

Mine had about 98,000km on it when I sold it last year ... steering had got a bit clunky / stiff towards the end but nothing other than that. Other than oils changes and scheduled maintenance there was nothing needed fixed. Now I'm in an EcoBust and it's a whole different kettle of worms

 

206k...tranny replaced at 125k or there a about.

 

44,000.

I have a slight cam phaser tick. Other than that my biggest issue was a license plate light that kept falling off.

 

153,000km got classic 5.4 sounding like a diesel problems but otherwise running like a champ. This truck has also seen 10-14hrs a day 3-5days a week of straight running/idling since I got it last year at 89,000km. Thinking of trading in and moving to a 5.0L don't have faith in the ecoboost for the idling time I put on a vehicle.

 

104k and runs like a champ.

 

Hit 90k yesterday on regular maintenance only. Truck has been from NC to CA and back. Spends most of it's days pulling this...

 

62k. Had a ball joint go bad.

 

90K. Still going strong. Nothing but regular service. Had the transmission flushed at about 70K.

 

Truck had 41800 miles on it when I bought it 11 months ago. It now has 47150 on it with no problems other then injector noise.
