MFT (Sync) 3.7 issues, oh joy

Yes, the site showed this as an update. From what I have read, this update is only for 2014 model year. Though, I should have read the change log more closely as it supposed to fix problems outside of North America. So I didn't really Need it, but was hoping it fixed a couple of other minor annoyances.

Does anyone know if it is possible to downgrade the MFT after a version update, without going to the dealer?

Well, for the past couple of days I have been trying to download the update...and it sends me to a page that says the content is unavailable...maybe that is good news!

Are you having trouble getting the text messaging feature to work with your system, Shockwave88? Which type of phone are you connecting to MyFord Touch?
Hey mobandit,
Try clearing your cache and cookies before attempting again. I just logged into my account and our website seems to be running smoothly on my end. If you have Google Chrome, I recommend using that browser.

Since you have 3.7 installed and are possibly problem free, I was Wondering if you got the APIM recall letter or get it repaired already? I am curious if that is part of the problems I am encountering.

Let me know if you run into any trouble.

Well, I took my truck into the dealer on Saturday for some type of solution to this issue. Only to be informed that they can't do any sync repairs on the weekend.
Apparently, anything that has to do with sync must be done during the week (it would have been nice to be made aware of this when I made the appointment, so I didn't waste my time or the service departments time), because they must contact ford for it. They wanted me to leave the truck for three days so it could be done, but would not provide a loaner vehicle.
(Begin first world problem ranting)
Now I am back to square one, with more then a few hours wasted on a ridiculously expensive accesory that doesn't function, until I can do a mid week appointment.
