Default Message center not working

Not too sure of the actual name but I cant access my settings in the screen in my dash, for some reason my rear camera parking lines keep getting turned off, so i went to turn them back on for the 1000th time and I can't even get into the settings, it skips the bottom 2 icons so i can only see the truck apps and gauge and fuel eco.

Have you pushed the left button to make sure you are all the way back at the base menu choices?

Also go get your camera guidelines fixed. They replace it as soon as you mention that exact issue, its well known.

I can't change anything, all i can do is select truck apps, gauge mode, and fuel eco.

I've tried both keys and went in and out of every menu that i could a number of times, I want my backup camera lines as fixed but i can't get into the menu

Hey djust,

If the DIY approach doesn't work out, you can always make an appointment at your dealer to have this checked out. I'm happy to look into ways to help as well; just send me a PM with your info and I'll start researching. I'll need your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealership.

Crystal

Thanks Crystal, I don't have all that info right now and am going to mess with it more over the weekend.
I am going to try and unhook the battery this weekend and see if it all resets, if not I will get back in touch with you.

Disconnecting the battery for a few minutes fixed it, at least for now.
I can reset my oil change monitor now YEA.

Thanks again Crystal for speaking up.
