Oh man. Yeah, I’m going to go out on a limb and say she’s done for.

That's heartbreaking, I hate seeing perfectly fine vehicles go to waste like that. What happened if you dont mind me asking?

Buy it back, get the frame straightened, put on a new bumper and drive until the wheels fall off. 34K on a 2010...that is what I would do...unless you just want a new truck.

No one has the ability to look at this picture, or most others, and make that judgement. Frames can be straightened. F-150 frames have components that can be detached and replaced. Only when it's in a certified body shop and they evaluate the extent of the damage will you have an answer.

I doubt it’s totaled, used trucks are stupid expensive.
just a guess on my part.

My wife’s 2012 Jeep GC was rear ended, had to replace rear hatch, trailer hitch, front seat head rests, (they fired forward, who knew?), and other stuff.

$5000, cost me $500 deductible. (Hit and run) Wife got tag.

Suing registered vehicle owner, no insurance, they sold it to a down on luck family member , no bill of sell, , still running their tag, (for months) never changed registration.

What makes me angry is it now has a record of a wreck = lower resale.

It was totaled.. I will be getting a $16,700.00 check when all paper work is completed... It will be auctioned off as a salvage truck... Has zero rust and very low mileage.

I don't know what my next truck will be yet...

Sorry to hear that, but glad to know you were alright. It certainly seems like a waste when something like that happens to a vehicle like this. Low mileage is great for value and resale, but a lack of any rust in the rust belt is HUGE.

Good luck on you next truck! I am sure you will find something that checks all the same boxes and more. I know there are things i would do differently if i did it again.

Rear end damage is a lot less complicated.

the advantage you have now is knowing what you wanted on your last truck so you at least have a good idea in that regards.
