Default Maintenance diagnostics through Sync

I used to be able to allow diagnostics to be uploaded when the kind Sync lady would ask for them. Last 3 times - I'm told it could not connect. I wasn't able to find anything about this - and unsure what to search for. Anyone had this issue?

I noticed after the last updated my phone has to be connected to the Bluetooth now to run the
diagnostics, I don't think it did before the update..

Pretty sure it's because it sends the info to SYNC. So you either need to have Bluetooth connected so it can use your phone to transfer or connect the truck to wifi.

Hi everyone!

SYNC requires you to have your phone in the vehicle and connected via Bluetooth in order to run and send the Vehicle Health Report to your account. For more information on this, please check out this link:

Let me know if you have any questions.

You also need to make sure that the phone you have connected to Sync is the one that is specified on the Sync account. While you can have multiple phones that work with your vehicle, only ONE can be set as the primary for the account, and any other phone won't allow the info to be sent to your account.
