Look around and you'll see average prices in the $70-80US price range.
I got mine from torqueguys.ca ...

http://www.torqueguys.ca/product/35212 $73.92 + shipping

Cheapest USA price seems to be at amazon.com (which doesn't ship to the Great White North): $65.32 w/ free shipping

Amazon Amazon

Others include:

http://www.jegs.com/i/Magnaflow/642/35212/10002/-1 $75.99

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MPE-35212/ $75.40

http://performanceparts.com/part.php?partID=410330 $75.40

Not sure of the OEM one ... similar quality, cheaper, easier to get etc ...?
Overall, my Ecoboost needed something, and I liked the MagnaFlow look ... and quality ...
