Just called the dealer. The replacement key is $128. To program it is $110.

 

Holy moley you guys are talking about a lot of money for replacement keys. I just ordered the whole remote start unit, which comes with 2 keys, for $180 on ebay. And $110 for them to program a key seems like a lot but I do not know what is involved for them to do that. It seems like they would just need to hook it up to the computer, which my dealer only charges $40 to do. It might be worth a quick call around to other dealers to get a quote on programming the key.
