Default Looking for Cold Air Intake upgrade recommendations

I recently installed an SCT BDX tuner and a 4" MBRP Cat-Back exhaust to my 2013 ecoboost. Next I want to upgrade the intake and not sure which I should go with. I'm kinda leaning towards Airrade or AFE but not sure yet. Any info or links to help me greatly appreciated. TIA

Good luck.

Bigger turbos, better intercooler and piping, better throttle body, better downpipes, meth. I would even start replacing internal parts prior to a new CAI.

You're not really thinking through what you're planning to do. Just assuming, apparently. "Cold air" just sounds so good.

Seriously, ponder why, and you might not come up with a good answer.

Minimal for the cost. JLT or PMAS though.

You can get mustang GT cams for the same price, which will do more.

To actually answer your question, I had an Airaid on my 5.0 before I swapped it out for some custom tubing. Great quality IMO. I recommended it to my buddy who recently got an Ecoboost and he is happy with it. Like others said, you won't see any performance gains, but the turbos sound awesome when you remove the resonator on the intake.

I went with a CAI for induction noise. Decided against aftermarket BOV's cause some friends of mine thought that'd be trying a little bit too hard lol.

CAI for these trucks is really just a noise factor. If you're not trying to listen to some induction sound what the other users have said is true. Not super worth it.

Cracks me up guy's always say stuff like "get meth" or this or that. Meth kit is $1000 lol. CAI is a lot less than that...
