I've heard pretty good things about carolina metal masters. They've got a couple of different styles. Since Rigid type lights are HUGE among the jeep community, a search on their forums may yield something else. Here's a couple pictures of what they offer. looks like they're in the $40 range.

EDIT

I also heard that the chinese bars run a different size thread on their lights. I don't have any yet to compare, but I have heard that CMM has customized the threads on their locking nuts in order for them to fit the chinese bars. I'm sure a call to their customer service would clarify.

It's possible, but I think the idea is that since it's almost a sphere, it should be difficult to get vise grips to actually grip enough to get a turn on it. I could think of ways to get them off though, but thieves seem to be mostly looking for the easy steal and don't typically carry around a bag of tools.

I agree! I bought a Chinese 10" LED light bar off ebay for my four wheeler. It was one with Cree LEDs. Cost $89 and works great! Saw a rigid one in person in the showroom of a local shop and think mine is just as good quality as the rigid. It's been covered in mud and sprayed with a pressure washer and still works great.

Well I mean I had a cheap ebay light bar, and have a rigid now and the quality difference is substantial. Lol. Im saying at a roof bar that is super exposed, its not worth it. I couldnt sleep if my truck was outside with 2k bucks easy to steal
