I checked the manual but was unable to find a description for this icon. The one at about the 7:00 position is the one I seek information about. It doesn't light up and the switch will not turn to that position.

In one picture you can see the fog light icon illuminated in amber and the other picture the fog light icon is not illuminated.

The only thing I can think of is maybe it is something related to daytime running lights-which my truck does not have.

Any other ideas?

 

I believe that's telling you to pull the **** out to turn on the fog lights

 

I thought it just indicated to pull the **** to turn on fog lights.

 

pull **** for fog lights
the little down arrow means pull the ****
the #D means a light, in this case fog lights

Yup, saw that but I guess I was too stupid to figure out the icon. I just read the text and pulled the **** out like it said.

Makes sense as the small arrow points down (out) like the dashed arrow.
