Yes.... I searched.... and I read..... but would rather at this point just ask a direct question....

I want to mount a Light Bar is lower grill area....
I want as direct bolt in as I can.... prefer ZERO fabrication / cutting / drilling .... Is the Rigid Bracket really the only way to go? or are their other brackets out there? Are there better brackets?
If I use the Rigid bracket..... is my only choice to use a Rigid Light Bar?
I am open to any ideas..... but keeping it simple is key....
I was actually talking about the area where the front plate goes..... but now that you guys have posted those 2 options...... I am thinking that might not be a bad alternative....
Rigid is of course WAY up there in price.... any solid alternative choices?
I'd never buy a Rigid light bar. Not because I have anything against them or the product but you can get an eBay/Amazon Chinese special that will perform just as admirably fora fraction of the cost. I have owned 2 on 2 trucks...buying the lowest priced I could find and they have been perfectly fine. Just search "30 inch light bar" on either site. Also, try to look for a package that includes the wiring harness if you want to run it independently of your high beams.
I bought the same brand light bar, had it for 5 years no issues.
I flipped the adjustable bracket upside down, and extended to each end of light bar. There are 2 existing holes I bolted to with flat washers. Took the best pictures I could in the rain, and a picture of the brackets that are on the light bar from amazon.
2nd pic down the stainless bolt/washer is on bottom right
3rd pic down the stainless bolt/washer in on bottom left
no cutting, no drilling, no special mounts needed.
So you didnt even need a bracket..... there were 2 existing holes to mount that light to?
I am liking that.....
That's correct, 2 existing holes. They are bigger holes which is why i used large washers, but you have to get the light similar to my picture with adjustable/sliding mounting brackets.
