I'm running 305/55/20's with a 2.5" level
I average 14
I can get 15 if I baby it
I can get 17-18 running 65-70 down the interstate on a long drive with no stops

My last truck was pretty much the same but the tires were 305/65/18
5.0 in both of them

I just leveled mine 2" in the front, 3" block in the rear and will be running 275/70r18 Michelin LTX AT2 for this summer. I will be upgrading to either the Toyo at2 or the cooper discoverer ST Maxxx as u found a killer deal at 243.99 with free shipping for 295/70r18. I listed about the this tire earlier but had no replies from members on here if they are any good but for the price you can't go wrong. I leveked my truck because I have the extended earrsnty and didn't want to God it with a lift. Next truck will be lifted!!! Lol

I am getting a little over 15mpg right now with these sepcs. Winter gas + I have a bad habit of stepping on it to hear my exhaust note.

Have never dipped below 15 though. In summer I usually avg 16.5

I have an 05 f150 with a 3 inch leveling kit and a 3 inch body lift and running 35/12.50/20 and I get 15mph and 17-18 highway. Mind you I have an edge tuner as well.

Do any of you guys who level also tow? It seems to me that you'd be decreasing stability for towing purposes if you level the truck? At minimum, I would think the truck would drop in the back enough to make the truck LOOK stupid with a heavy trailer attached. What say you?

I've towed and it hasn't dropped much, but they do make air bags to lift the rear for that purpose. I don't have any on my F-150 but I've had them on different trucks with no problems.

I tow quite frequently and the heaviest is roughly 7000 pounds and I average 23mpg . Anyways on to your question that's why I put the 3" block in the rear of mine was to keep a little rake so when I tow my truck sits level and not headlights to the sky. Even my Honda Rancher 420ES even made my truck sit level before the level/block hence why I put the block in!!!

Dumb follow-up question. What's a 3" block?

The tires will be the one to greatly effect your mpg, not really the lift.
