Default Leveling question

Brand new to the site. Just wondering if it's normal for the driver side and passenger side to differ in height after having a 2" auto spring leveling kit installed on my 2010 FX4. The back wheels measure the same distance, but the front driver side is @ 8-3/4" & the front passenger side is @ 9-1/8". I won't be able to ask the guy who installed it until Monday. Just looking for some info before I talk to him. Thanks for the help.

Why would the back wheels be affected by the front leveling kit ?? did you get an Alignment done after install ??

I don't think he is talking about the rear wheels. It sounds like he measured all 4 for comparison. I agree though that if he did not get it aligned that might be the problem. If it was aligned I don't know what the problem would be.

Ya I'm not concerned with the rear wheels. I just listed that to show that they measured the same where as the front differed after the lift install. They did do an alignment after the install. Just seemed odd that the front would have different measurements.

Just a question but did they send you two 2" pieces? Or one 2" and one 1 1/2" by accident and you didn't notice? I ask because when I got my 1 1/2" kit they had welded the pieces on 180 degrees backwards on one of them and I had to drill holes in it to make it work. I didn't notice til we had one side in already.

Did you happen to measure the 2 sides prior to the level install ?? Probably not...Agree if it isn't the alignment not sure what you had installed...should be the same on both sides.
