Depends on how much you can/want to spend.
Going with a spacer, and having someone else install it, a couple $100.
If your front shocks need replacing, you could just get something like Bilstein 5100's, and set them at the 2.25" setting. Or, go whole hog for around $1000 plus, and do coilovers, like Halo Lifts offer, or go real expensive and get some Icon stuff.
With the coilovers, you'll get new springs as well, a little heavier than stock, but the combination of better springs and shocks makes a big difference in handling.
Not sure about Icon, etc., but the Halos you can set whatever height you want.
Regardless, anything over 2 1/2" inch and you'll have a good chance of running into trouble with your upper control arms hitting the coil, and increased wear on front end components. Aftermarket UCAs are available to help with part of that problem.
What ever way you go, a front end alignment should be done after installation.

Problem is with these 1/2 tons, no matter the make, a grocery shopping trip will make the thing sag. Maybe do the 2", and add either a 3" block, or an AAL in the rear. The 3" block will net you about 1 3/4" lift in the rear, after you replace the 1 1/4" stock block.
I went with the rancho spacer in front 2" and rancho 1 inch spacer in rear with new rear rancho shocks. It's been in now for 2 years.Had it aligned on Install. I just had my alignment checked and it's dead on. I have the 2014 and have never had a clunk issue in the front like some guys experienced
