12,000km on the 2011 FX4 with a 5.0 and one issue that could happen on any vehicle.

The 2013 XLT HD with EcoBoost was ordered November 26th... En route! It's gonna live a hard life in the Klondike Gold fields...

My '11 FX4 SCREW has over 33000 hm, and thus far, pretty much flawless...

I had 2 incidents where I had rough tranny shifting, along with a VERY SCARY looking wrench symbol, but both times it disappeared after a while, and the truck played nice again... it was during a very wet sloppy freezing ice and snow period, but, it went away never to return.. I'll have the dealer look at it when I get the new remote starter flashed...

Ohhh, and I did need to have the blinker fluid topped up once too..!! No idea where it leaked out tho..!!

I picked up my '12 xlt screw back in september, my first ford ever and I don't think I will downgrade anymore, late November I added a 6 inch lift, 20s with 35s and its amazing, everywhere I go people look at my truck like if it had a sign sayin LOOK AT ME.

Thumbs up

2011 FX4 Ecoboost with 33,000 miles and zero problems.

My wife just traded in her 2011 EB Platinum with 56k miles on it. Replaced a fuel cup assy and that was it for that truck.

She bought a 2013 Explorer Limited because she wants a cargo bay that's dried in and secure. Easier to get into too.

Hated to see that truck go, ran like a scalded dog and didn't have a rattle in it.

Caught an errant rock in the windshield of the FX4 so that'll be his one repair short of oil changes. I don't count the rock as a Ford quality issue though.....

2013 EB XLT SuperCab. 3.55 gears. Only real problem I've has so far is the mileage. After a little over two months the truck has over 11,000 miles. Tell me the odo is messed up. Yeah, ok, I drive a lot. Three trips to San Francisco from San Diego did about three thousand of it.

If I keep the speed at 65 with the CC the silly thing gets over 25mpg. That's why I bought it. I drive way too much and wanted the fuel economy. No problems. Give me another two months.

My 2010 Lariat Screw was perfect. Drove it 50 k before selling it and purchasing my 2011 King Ranch Screw Ecoboost a year and a half ago and it also has been perfect even though I've been on a quest for better mileage. These late model F150 s stand head and shoulder above any other vehicle in its class.
