does this sound ligit need yals help

ok well ive been looking online for a lightbar and this one came out to be a good price because of free shipping but i would like some other options on if u think this is reliable before i buy it.

From reading in the forum, lots of people have had very bad luck with eBay light bars. You get what you pay for and when you are looking for the lowest price . . . . . .
