Default LED signals - hyperflash only when engine on?

Recently installed LEDs for all my turn signal/side marker bulbs: front signals and side markers and tail brake/signal lights.

6ohm 50w resistors on front 2 signal bulbs and all 4 in the back.

Drivers side I have absolutely no problem with hyper flash.

Passenger side hyper flashes when headlights on with engine running. Sometimes hyper flashes with lights off but DRL's on (this was a Canadian truck). No hyper flash in any scenario when engine is off.

One wild card: I recently bought professionally tinted OEM tail lights and noticed some condensation in the passenger side...the side that hyper flashes. When investigating the above issue, I removed the tail light and water literally poured out of it. I've washed the truck a few times since getting these lights and also drove in some heavy snow this past weekend. I know this isn't good regardless, but could this be causing any issues with the hyper flash? There were no signs of damage or issues with any of the bulbs or resistors.
