Default Base head unit to 4.2" screen?

I have a 13 XLT Supercrew with the base sync radio like this:

Thinking about upgrading to the 4.2" like this:

I searched and found nothing on this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Has it been done and I'm just missing the threads? I have hope it's plug and play, and then the backup camera would be another problem in itself? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I'm not sure about getting the bezel for the 4.2 but the radio and electronics may also need to be swapped out. It would be more cost effective to go after market. I do have the 4.2 and it is not a hole lot better in my opinion. In regards to the camera they are available at camera source. They look just like stock and work with rearview mirrors, aftermarket nav units and if you upgraded to the 4.2 have a kit to use the screen on the 4.2 unit. I hope this helps some and let us know how it works out.
