LED lighting
What did you tap into for your footwell lighting, do they come on with you interior map/dome lights? Or are you using it as ambient lighting hooked up to a switch or parking lamps, as I miss this feature coming from GM's having the front footwells light up when the rest of the interior lights are on! I need to stop being lazy and add these, just unsure what color wire to tap in the front sills for interior lights!
question: lets say you put the white led in the front turn signal and add a load resistor to each and have to use the splice clamp... What happens if you get pulled over and get a fix it ticket and need to switch back to stock bulb, will they work with the load resistor still mounted or would it not draw enough power?

The resistor is spliced into the wire before the socket, it just ads a load and you don't actually cut any wire apart.
ahhhh i see... well thats good to know. Thanks for all your help Kidastra, seriously! btw you got that amazon link to the lower bumper grille? And i asked this in the plastidip thread but never heard anything answer... would plastidip on rims hold up a washington state winter? (lots of rain and light snow) i remember i read somewhere that people actually use plastidip to protect wheels during the winter, but was wondering if it will hold up constant rain, dirt and snow. thanks again
