Question LED Bulbs

Looking for LED reverse light bulbs and license plate bulbs for a 2014 F150 FX4. From what i read on here, Phillips are the brand to get. Is the part number 921 for the reverse ? If so, i seen some on ebay, but it says they wont fit my truck. Now this place says they will fit, http://www.xenondepot.com/. Anybody ever order from here ? Anybody know where on the internet i can get Phillips bulbs for the plate and reverse lights ?
THANKS

Check out my thread led lights, first post have all the bulbs you're looking for,

Now imo changing the reverse bulb is purely cosmetic and will do nothing for adding extra light if that's what you are after.

Agree with the LED reverse bulbs unless you go expensive ...like Cree...but, they look sweet..

I tried 3 different types of led bulbs, including the cree projector type, wasn't able to get the light on the ground where it would be useful, they pointed straight out the back and didn't help, bright as heck though, just unusable light.

Now I don't necessarily need the light to shine the ground, but will it light up vehicles and poles behind me to make my backup camera and mirrors actually usable at night? I was looking at f150leds.com

A brighter unusable light is better than a duller unusable light...I agree with you...solution is to mount aftermarket lights below the bumper aimed down.

Yes it will light up poles and other obstacles better, but not really in the backup camera, the items they illuminate are more visible in the mirrors, I found more glare in the camera

I'm definitely planning on getting separate LED lights to mount under the bumper, so I'm wondering if I should just skip the reverse lights or get them in addition...

If you are looking for quality bulbs, I have been extremely pleased with the bulbs I got from DiodeDynamics.com. They have some very well made bulbs, made in USA iirc, and the reverse bulbs I got did actually improve my light output.
