My 2013 3.5 Eco-boost is having the classic lead frame issues, I have tried to get ford to replace it multiple times but they said they cant do anything about it unless it is throwing the code as I pull in. I am just going to replace it myself. Does anyone have the part number for the updated one? I don't love using aftermarket on a part like this but if it is updated and will fix my issue and is available in the next month, I could be convinced to use one. Is there a service manual available on-line to replacing it?. Ive watched multiple videos and it seems pretty straight forward. I just want to be as prepared as possible.

 

My advice is don't get a Dorman Lead Frame, i just tried to replace mine with that and it was bad right out of the box. You may have seen this already, but this is a very helpful and informative video to guide you through the project:
