I recommend Havis, Inc. for your laptop mounts. I have them in my work vehicles. www.havis.com
They make equipment consoles, laptop mounts, docking stations, K9 transports, scene lighting, etc.
The HDM mount system is expensive, but is the only crash-tested laptop system on the market. I know because i had to sit in on the training....
