I noticed the heads and tails on the 2010 FX2's are different than that of the 2011 FX2/FX4's. The 2010's seem to have a lighter surround, almost a silver rather than the 2011's dark grey. anyone else notice this?

 

Aren't they putting the HD tails on some of the '11 models now?

My '10 lariat def. has the silver.

I think the fronts too. Looks much sharper (dark), in my opinion.

Yes the 2011 FX trucks have the same heads and tails as the Harley trucks now. Black surround and trim on heads and tails.

 

And I really like the more smokey look. Quite sharp...

 

The FX2's head and tail surround is not the chrome surround like the 2010 FX4's. It's like a matte silver. odd.

 

Like I said, all 2011 FX2, FX4, Harley, and Raptor trucks have the same black trimmed headlights and tail lights. 2012 the lenses on the FX truck gets tinted darker too.

The 2011 FX2 and FX4 trucks have identical headlights and tail lights which are completely different than the 2010.

 

Yeah i just didn't know what you meant there. Sure don't like the awkward silvery heads and tails on the 2010's though!
