Had the truck for almost 2 weeks now,Magna flow exhaust,just fitted a grillcraft grill looks awsome I managed to save the bug shield, modified it to fit
just one more mode K&N aircharger prob the 63 series high flow hopfully i'll get alittle more hp (I'm a bit bummed on the lack of power).
Can't see me spending to much more on the truck after that,Here's some pics.

I don't see a Flex badge; I'm assuming 4.6? any chance of a video/sound clip of that exhaust?
