Just installed the JLP traction bars. They work great and easy to install. Wheel hop eliminated. Also put in there race tune and goes like snot. Great people to deal with.

Looks great! Im in the market for some JLP bars myself.

I just got off the phone with JLP and the lady couldnt tell me the lenght of the 09+ F150 bars. All she said was that the box them come in is 48" so the bars are a little shorter than that. Arent the Lightning long bars 58"?

Im trying to go with the longest bar possible for a few reason, i have a supercrew which makes my wheelbase longer, i tow and i dont mud ride but do flex a little when going to the hunting camp so the long bar would cause less binding.

You thoughts?

I am waiting for Johnny to reply to a thread I started on another site. I also have a call in to a company that makes Long Bars for Lightnings that will be making some for the 09+ trucks and I will be working with him to make sure they will work for the supercrew.

Wayne,

Who is the other company? LFP or Stifflers.

I don't remember the ears off the rear axle being so long on the Lightning long bars. It makes it look like they are at such an angle instead of more parallel to the ground.

The other company is Bryan with Stiffler.

You have a L? You on LR? If so, I am too same username. That's where I made my post asking Johnny questions about his.
