Unless you pulled the fuse for at least 15 minutes, it isn't the same as unhooking the battery for 15. And it would have to be several fuses, I imagine, to cover the various modules.

Which software version do you have? It's in the menu somewhere under info. Compare to the chart here, the numbers aren't exactly easy to understand: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/MyFord_Touch

My phone is connected to hers no problem, but no I haven't tried connecting hers to mine. I know when she got her 7 she had problems with her phone and the dealer had to upgrade the programming some.
Looks like a trip in to my local blue oval dealer.

From the MFT(MyFordTouch) screen go to Settings --> System --> Master Reset --> Yes.

Also, you may need to update your MFT system. To do that, you will need a SYNC Owner account on owner.ford.com and will have to put the update onto a flash/thumb drive and insert into the USB in your truck.

You should try those two troubleshoots before wasting $$ at the stealership.

Thanks. Looks like I am up to date with the MFT software, so I will try a reset this afternoon as well. Talked to the dealer and they suggested also trying to hard restart my phone and see if that fixes.
